MSPO : The BPP/Agraria Advantage - Speed & Cost

The Malaysian Standard on MSPO (MS 2350-3: 2013), provides general principles for the implementation, establishment and improvement of the operational practices of sustainability to ensure sustainable production of palm oil.

This standard covers the areas of operations of the palm oil industry and the entire supply chain comprising independent and organised smallholders, plantations and palm oil mills. It also includes grouping of smallholders such as the formation of Sustainable Palm Oil Cluster (SPOC) and other group management systems. This certification procedure needs to be adhered to in order to be certified by approved independent certification bodies and approval by MPOCC.

BPP/Agraria is recognised by the Malaysian Palm Oil Certification Council (MPOCC) to provide professional consultancy and assistance to plantation companies in complying with Sustainable Standards on Palm Oil (MSPO) certification scheme.

Our professional and holistic approach integrates pre-field visits and assessment on current status of compliances with regards to estate practices and documentations on overall plantation management.

The fees quotation for the consultancy is only provided to the client post pre-field visits and the assessments made - often resulting in lower overall expenditure for the plantations.

Our professional consultants and internal systems are designed to ensure the plantation successfully obtains the MSPO certification in the fastest time possible.

BPP/Agraria workflow process for MSPO consultancy is as follows:

Step 1: Visit the Client/Plantation

Step 2: Assess the estate practices and documentation

Step 3: Prepare the status of compliances and inadequacies based on 7 principles of MSPO

Step 4: Fess Quotation sent to the client
